Chief Judge John Carlson

Carlson is president & chief judge for the National Association of Automobile Clubs of Canada Corporation. He is a past national president and current chief judge of the Vintage Car Club of Canada as well as a Classic Car Club of America master judge and a permanent chief class judge at the Pebble Beach Concours. Carlson judges at the Elegance at Hershey. He is the chief judge for the Crescent Beach Concours, British Columbia, Cobble Beach Concours in Ontario Canada, Arizona Concours and is a chief judge / honorary judge for the Hilton Head Concours in SC. He is a three time International Show Car Association National Class Champion and the author of the NAACC judging standards. A lifetime in motorsports, he has an extensive background racing limited hydroplanes and building period hot rods. He is also a vintage car racer.

Honorary Chief Judge Paul Sable

Dr. Sable is an automotive historian, author, overall car enthusiast and fervent collector of hybrid cars of the 1950’s. He is a co-founder and was the Director of the Concours of Eastern United States and has been an advisor to a number of Concours since 1995. Dr. Sable is a frequent judge at a number of major Concours throughout the United States including the Pebble Beach Concours. Dr. Sable is the chief judge at the Elegance of Hershey, Boca Raton and a chief judge / honorary judge at the Hilton Head Concours.

Master of Ceremonies Ed Lucas

Often referred to as “the Voice of the Concours,” Ed Lucas has spent 20 years as master of ceremonies, color commentator and announcer at national collector car shows, concours and important vehicle auctions around the country. Some of the concours events he has been involved with include the Meadow Brook Concours d’Elegance, the Chicago International Concours d’Elegance , The Concours on Rodeo and Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance.
